All items sold through Shaws Memorabilia are vintage or antique and sold as seen. We aim to describe items accurately and provide any available history. Returns may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

If you're looking to sell an item, we may offer to purchase it directly or provide advice on your best options. Offers made are at our discretion and based on current demand, condition, and rarity.

Return and Refund Policy

Shaws Memorabilia – Refunds & Returns

Effective Date: 10/04/25

As a seller of vintage and antique items, we aim to describe all products accurately and transparently. Due to the nature and age of these goods, all items are sold as seen.

Your Right to Cancel (Distance Selling)

If you purchase an item online or by phone, you have the right to cancel your order under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your item if you wish to return it.

To be eligible for a refund:

Items must be returned in the same condition as sold
You are responsible for return postage costs
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the item back

In-Store Purchases

Purchases made in person at our shop are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or not as described. We may offer an exchange or store credit at our discretion.

Exemptions

We do not accept returns for:

Items that have been altered or damaged after purchase
Items clearly marked as “sold as seen” or “non-returnable”
